High blood pressure is the single most important cause of death and cardiovascular diseases, such as stroke and heart attack, in the world. It is estimated that more than 30% of all adults in the world have it. Today, in Sweden alone, over 2 million adults have high blood pressure. At Blodtrycksdoktorn, we help people to take control of their blood pressure to avoid serious illness and premature death. We do this via our specially developed care service which is based on an app, a connected blood pressure monitor, and a personal doctor. Our product and method have been proved to work effectively in clinical studies.

Product designer at Blodtrycksdoktorn

We are now looking for an additional product designer who will focus on the clinical users. In effect, you will work closely with Doctors, Nurses and developers for building a superior application geared towards treating Hypertension and other cardiovascular diseases.

The role is not a pure UX design role, nor is it a pure product owner role, it is rather a blend of the two where a day at the office often involves all elements of product development, management and design. We are a small product unit that both work distributed in various development tracks but also support each as a team.

About you

We believe you have your background within UX design and are comfortable with leading design processes, defining strategies and evaluating ideas and concepts to ensure positive impact on users and business alike.

We believe you have at least 3 years of UX design work experience where you have worked with:

• Prototyping
• Design and product development processes
• User studies and research
• Product data analysis
  
• Design and strategy facilitation
  
• Stakeholder presentations and management

You thrive in autonomous and self-organizing teams; delivering quality work in an high-paced agile work environment. You share our belief that great product development is a cross functional, iterative and analytical process. Experience from clinical support or and lifestyle applications are highly meritorious.
